Format
Random lottery of who versus who when the event starts
Tournament style
Best 2/3 per round

General Restrictions/Rules/Regulations/you know what I mean
No HP/SP recovery items
No food boosts
No outside buffs; only it comes from your respective class (crea = FCP, priest/champ = agi bless, etc)
No coma
No god items (yes Sleipnir, yes Brisingamen)
No equips > 1b each
Yes cards < 800m each
Yes Legendary Weapons (stfu no I don't know how this works with the < 1b equips thing.)
Feel free to ask clarification questions

And legendary weapons *cough* most of them are over 1b :p. Would be awesome to use them ;D
